We have campus libraries at Burwood, Geelong Waterfront, Geelong Waurn Ponds and Warrnambool. You may wish to search for and request print items to ensure required items are at the library prior to visiting. You'll need to log into your library account before searching to place requests. Here’s how:

  1. Start at the library homepage
  2. Scroll down the page and click on Access My Library Account.
  3. Select Community and Alumni Login from the authentication pop-up.

  4. You'll be presented with a two-factor authentication screen. Your barcode number (as quoted in your membership confirmation email) and the PIN you created when submitting your online application form. Reset your PIN if you have forgotten it.

  5. Once you've logged into your library account, click on the New Search button above to navigate to the Catalogue.

  6. Conduct your search.  You may leave the search parameter as the default 'keywords' or change it using the dropdown menu. Key in your search terms and change the Collection parameter at the end to Print books. Hit enter (or click on Search to launch).

  7. Find an item you want and click on the Request It button.
  8. Choose your preferred Click and Collect pick-up location.
  9. We’ll notify you via email when the book is available for collection.
  10.  Visit the particular campus library within five days of the email date to borrow the item using the Deakin Borrow app on your phone.
