You will not be fined for having an overdue item. However,if you do not return the item by the due date we may:

• stop (sanction) you from being able to borrow other books
• stop you accessing any of our online resources, such as databases and e-books. 

We send reminder emails:

• before the due date to remind you that the item is due back.
• when the item becomes overdue
• before we sanction you.
